Display Information

Thank you for your support and participation we look forward to welcoming you in March.

The following information is provided to ensure you have access to all details leading up to and onsite as an Alliance Partner.

Trade display

The focus of the trade display, is for you to showcase your products and connect with delegates.

  • One poster board - Covered in black velcro compatible fabric, 2.3 metres high

  • One clothed trestle table and two chairs

  • Power and a 4 pin multi board

  • 100 word profile on conference app

    Noting no exhibition stand is included.

Let’s get you sorted…

  • 1. Registration

    Please register all personal who will be part of the trade display. Everyone must be registered who will be attending. If you have already registered to attend the conference you do not need to register again.

  • 2. Logo and Profile

    Send us lour logo and 100 word company profile to be placed on the conference app.

From 7.30am

Pack in before the conference begins.

Trade Display
Wednesday 18 March & Thursday 19 March

Day catering of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served in the trade display area both days.

Pack out
Wednesday 18 March | 4.00pm

Pack out at the conclusion of afternoon tea.

    Guests have access to free public wi-fi. This allows for basic browsing, email and social media.

  • Please clearly label all your boxes with the event name and with your company name.

    Please send any deliveries for arrival a few days before the event starts - the venue will store the boxes.
